MONO M80 Electric Guitar Case – Best Baritone Guitar Gig Bag
If you want something that can last you years but still affordable then we recommend trying the Mono M80.
It’s max length is 41.5 and it brings you unmatchable comfort and protection.
I often go along with it to the subway, toss it in my car, and then walk a couple of miles in the rain, carry it onto planes, and my guitar still comes out of the case still in tune (more or less).
The zippers are the coal mine canary and are super durable, big nylon toothed, double zipped and they move with ease from end to end.
The pockets are kind of over designed for my taste too. I’d probably forget I put a little zippered pocket in a fold under a sub pocket.
However, if you’re big enough so I’ll overlook the extra expense of their manufacture and design. The overall case is firm, durable and really lightweight.
I use this particular model for my resonator guitars – Dobro and National Steel and they fit perfectly!
Before I bought the Mono for the assurance that it will last longer, I was using the gator transit and it worked wonderfully well.

Gator Cases G-COM-ELEC Electric Guitar Gig Bag Commander Series,Black
If you’re packing your whole life into a gig bag, then this is perfect for you. It contains more storage and pockets than a chest of drawers.
You could fit 1 or 2 clothes in this thing, as well as a guitar, accessories, and cords. This case is super well-built and will keep your guitar protected even if it falls.
However, it is super way more bag than you might need. If you play on occasions, then this might be too much for you. But, if you hop from session to session then this will do.
Now, if what you need is a bag for cords, guitar, capos, and some couple pedals then we recommend opting for a smaller version.

Fender FBSS-610 Short Scale Bass Gig Bag – – Best Short Scale Base Gig Bag
I purchased this for a Fender Mustang PJ Bass and I’m happy to report that this fits well. It fits my home and car really well and does a fine job.
The padding on this is sorta substantial than other gig-bags. The pocked in front features a small zipper for picks, an elastic pocket and a windowed pocket for a contact/business card.
Two zipper pulls on the primary compartments means you can lock it if need be. The back straps aren’t cheap neither are they special too. They’d do a fine job though.

Gretsch G2168 Jet Baritone/Junior Jet Bass Gig Bag
This bag is one of the few guitar bags that does the job out there. The only dislike I faced was the inside smell of the bag. It’s odor smelled like chemicals or polyester.
I needed to open the bag and turn it in-side-out for a day. The odor is sipping away as we spreak.
The shoulder straps appear to be nice. Pretty decent bag.
