The best speaker for baritone Guitar is the Blackstar HT Club 40 1×12 MKII 40-Watt Guitar Combo Amplifier.
A Baritone will make better sounds via a Guitar AMP. With a Baritone guitar, you might be emphasizing the lower range more than standard guitar.
The thing with baritone guitars is the lower you go, power and efficient speakers with a lot of speaker area are your friend.
10” speakers might do a fine job but you will require at least two or more. 4 should be ideal. 1 12″ speaker would be OK but two are better. A 15″ speaker would be ideal.

Blackstar HT Club 40 1×12 MKII 40-Watt Guitar Combo Amplifier
This Guitar AMP is perfect for home practice sessions with the bands or play at small clubs. I played my 1976 Martin D-35 and a 72 Fender Strat and they sounded well.
This speaker has proven to make great Strat and Sounds great. It even did better than I expected with the Martin D35 using a Seymour Duncan SSA6 pickup.
The mic pickup plays thru the clean channel with the Martin D35 and I enjoyed an amazing reproduction of the D35 resonance.
I bought this speaker because I needed a well powered AMP that was versatile to work with the Martin and Strat. It’s more than enough for both in small spaces/venues.
It does a great job for acoustic tunes too. However, I wouldn’t recommend using it with a low quality acoustic.

Eminence Patriot Swamp Thang 12″ Guitar Speaker, 150 Watts at 8 Ohms
If sounding ABSOLUTELY HUGE is your thing then I recommend the Eminence Swamp Thangs. These speakers are basically designed for 7 and 8 string guitars, making them perfect for all types of Baritones.
I previously had two swamp thangs and two V30s and it was the most MONSTROUS sound you can ever make, although the swamp thangs slightly overpower the v30s and don’t give the same mid-range honk that I love about the V30s so they had to go.
